Sure, you can drink a Muscat with your pizza but be careful. I probably wouldn't pair it with the standard pepperoni and marinari pizza. Make sure you have something sweet in there, like pineapple, and stay away from the heavy creamy white sauce pizzas. A sweet marinara sauce might go well with the Muscat too. Good luck!
