I'm having guests for dinner on Wednesday and need to know what wine goes with corned beef and cabbage?

I would go with a Zinfandel with your corned beef. Or any fruity, acidic, bold red wine. Traditionally a dark beer (like a guinness) would be the correct pairing for this Irish dish, but if you prefer wine, the Zin would be my pick. Enjoy!
