Carmenere pairing
by: Matt from Wine-In-A-Glass

Becky,

A Carmenere is often used as a blending grape in Bordeaux wines and blends. By itself, it can have many characteristics, but is normally a medium bodied red wine. I would pair it like any other medium-bodied red, maybe with a beef dish or with something with a hint of spiciness. Have fun!
