Red Wine Spaghetti Sauce Recipe



This red wine spaghetti sauce recipe is very simple, and can easily be sweetened or spiced up, depending on your own taste.

Ingredients:
-1 cup red wine
-1 lb can plum tomatoes
-1/2 lb hamburger meat
-1 4 oz can mushrooms
-2 6 oz cans tomato paste
-1 onion
-1 clove garlic
-2 tsp. salt
-1/4 tsp. pepper
-2 tbsp. sugar
-1/2 tsp. basil

Directions
Set aside the can of plum tomatoes and hamburger meat. Blend everything else in a blender for 15-20 seconds.

Brown the hamburger meat in a pan. Add the blended mixture and plum tomatoes.

Cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes. Remove cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve on top of spaghetti noodles!
