Sangria Recipe: Party
This Sangria recipe adds a party twist to a classic Spanish favorite. Fill a cooler with this drink and let your party guests ladle it out, getting chunks of fruit with their drink! A favorite party drink recipe. Makes about 2-3 pitchers. Multiply the quantities to make as much as you want.
Ingredients
-3 1/2 cups dry red wine (pref. Spanish)
-1/3 cup brandy
-1/3 cup Cointreau
-1/3 cup lemon vodka
-1 lemon, sliced
-1 orange, sliced
-1 lime, sliced
-1 pear, sliced
-2 peaches, peeled and sliced
-2 cups strawberries, sliced
-1/3 cup sugar
- bottle carbonated soda
Directions Mix all the ingredients together, leaving out the strawberries and soda. Let sit for at least 2 hours, to allow the fruit to soak up the wine. Before serving, mix in the strawberries and soda. Serve with ice. Salud!
Have a Great Wine Recipe?
I don't have the time to invest gathering 100 more recipes, and I also don't want my site to become too one-dimensional by only having my own personal recipes. So I want people to contribute their favorite recipes and vote or comment on the best. This will allow my visitors (that's you!) to share their favorite recipes, contribute content, vote, experiment, and receive kudos from fellow visitors on their grandma's best recipe. It's a win-win for everyone. I get really good additional content and my visitors get to be part of the community!
