Storing Marsala

I am using a Sweet Marsala for the first time to make Chicken Marsala. How do I store the wine and how long will it keep?

Good question. As a general rule, red wines will last a little bit longer than whites after opening. (Check out my Storing Wine page for more tips). As for your Marsala, you should put a cork in it immediately. You don't need to refridgerate it, just set it in a cool dark place. It should last a few days, a week tops. Drink it up!
