White Wine Butter Sauce Recipe
This is a quick and easy white wine butter sauce recipe that goes great with fish and seafood. You can cook the fish in the sauce or drizzle the sauce onto the fish at the end.
Ingredients
-3 shallots, minced or sliced thin
-1/2 tsp parsley, chopped
-4tbsp butter
-salt
-1/4 cup white wine (muscat or riesling)
Directions Bring the shallots to a boil in the wine, then let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 2-3 of minutes. Keep on low heat. Stir in parsley, butter, and a pinch of salt. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve with your fish! Easy!
