Your Wine and Food Guide

Wine and food fit together on so many levels it would be unthinkable to build a wine site without dedicating a section to food! (Especially since I happen to love eating good food almost as much as I love drinking wine). So, whether you plan on using wine as an ingredient in your cooking, or as a supplement to serve or order with your meal, you will find some great tips on this site.

Sometimes it can be difficult to choose the perfect pairing for that special recipe or the right wine and food match for your taste. For a beginner, it can seem like there are so many rules about pairing food with wine, that it is a bit overwhelming. Actually, it's pretty simple. Here is a my guide to the basic wine pairing rules.

Many of the world's most successful chefs use wine as part of their basic cooking ingredients. From Anthony Bourdain to Giada De Laurentiis, every knowledgable chef knows the importance of wine as a culinary ingrediant. From Italian to French to Thai cuisine, there is potential to take your recipe to the next level by adding wine. Cooking with wine is a great way to add an extra flavor set and kick your cooking up to the next level.
