Wine Art: My Recommendations

Everyone who has visited a winery knows that wine country is some of the most beautiful, romantic, and peaceful scenery in the world. Many artists have taken inspiration from the scenery, atmosphere, and overall feeling of wineries and wine country to produce fantastic art. Not to mention the inspiration to be had from a glass or two of one's favorite wine!

Below I have put together a list of my own personal favorite artists, along with links to some of their personal websites and places where you can purchase art.

Thomas Arvid

Based out of Georgia, Thomas Arvid produces some amazing wine-inspired, incredibly realistic paintings. Below is Thomas working on one of his latest, "Ultimate Destination". Visit Thomas' website at www.thomasarvid.com.

Diana Ahrens

I first noticed Diana Ahrens' paintings while browsing a website for a wine festival in Bodega, CA. They have a really hip look that reminds me of an underground jazz club. Below is "Burgandy Wine Skyline". Diana also has some really cool martini art that I like a lot. Check out Diana's website at www.dianaahrens.com.

Linda Paul

This is another artist I found online. Linda does canvas paintings and wall art tile murals. She does different themes (not just wine) but her art has a really pleasant vibe that I like a lot. The one shown below is called "The Vineyard". You can see more of Linda's art at www.lindapaul.com
